Winnsboro, SC has a population around 3,303. Residents enjoy the Town Clock which is the oldest functioning clock building from American colonial times. Every year in mid September the community hosts the "Rock around the Clock Festival" with food, entertainment, and antique cars. There is also the Fairfield County Museum which houses large collections of historical artifacts all the way from pre-historic times to the early twentieth century.
